The Rusk Lady Eagle volleyball team will go into the UIL state volleyball as the top seed out of District 16-4A after defeating Tatum and Carthage in a district playoff over the weekend. Rusk took on Kilgore in the bi-district round Tuesday at John Tyler High School and won, 3-1. The Lady Eagles will meet North Lamar at Canton High School Thursday night.
