Phillip Smith, right, U.S. Rep. Jeb Hensarling's regional representative, presented two American Flags to the Rusk Rotary Club for the kick-off of their flag fund campaign. Receiving the flags were Roy Reynolds, president, and Houston White, founding member. Goal is to replace all the old and tattered American flags and to add the flags of the five Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard. For years, the club has placed American and Texas flags around the square on holidays.
