LMC Dance Team places

The Lon Morris College Dance Team attended the American Dance/Drill Team Collegiate Nationals Competition in Denton in early April. In the Collegiate Soloist Division, first runner-up went to Katherine Segapeli of Shertz. Charlea Grundy of Jacksonville, Jodi Hicks of Deer Park and Jenny Harlow of Trinity all received division I soloist ratings. The Lon Morris Dance Team received a division I rating and placed 5th. Participants included the soloists listed above as well as Deidra Wallace of Jacksonville, Ancheska Parchman of Tyler, Crashanda Hubbard of Center and Layna Hamilton of Trinity. They are under the direction of Amanda Holloway.
