Wreck investigated

Department of Public Safety Trooper Tim Hatch investigated a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 69 between Rusk and Jacksonville Sept. 16. The Drriver, Jonathan B. Espinosa, 20, of Rusk apparently hydroplaned on the wet road surface, hit a tree in the median and damaged the driver's side of his Toyota Corolla. The Rusk Volunteer Fire Department responded; Mr. Espinosa was not injured.
