Rusk alum Cheyanne Phillips (seated, in front) signed her letter of intent to pitch for Kilgore College starting this upcoming season. Phillips, who graduated from Rusk in 2014, pitched for the Lady Eagles for four years and is one of a host of players to play at the college level from Rusk in the last six years.
