Cobey May and Terri Marrow, coordinators of the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) at Rusk State Hospital were recognized for a 198 percent increase in 2010-12 contributions at an East Texas meeting Aug. 8 at SFA. The SECC was created in 1993 to enable state employees the benefit of giving to many favorite charities through payroll deductions in an annual workplace giving campaign. The campaign is from Sept. 1 - Oct. 31 each year.
