Alto police investigation leads to recovery of stolen property

l Sgt. Troy Ansley, left, and Police Chief Jeremy Jackson reported to the Alto City Council Monday night that they have recovered some of the property that was stolen during the last several weeks in Cherokee County and northern Angelina County.
