Chelsea Bellows and David Ball will be married at 2 p.m. April 30 at the home of the groom's parents, Archie and Kim Nickle in Rusk. Ms. Bellows in the daughter of Barbara Bellows of Jacksonville and the late David Bellows and Kathy and Fred Ingham of Flint. Mr. Ball is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nickle and David Sr. and Rebekah Ball of Katy.
