k State Rep. Travis Clardy (R-Nacogdoches) received the Law and Order Award from the Texas District and County Attorneys Association (TDCAA). Rep. Clardy was recognized for his work toward passage of SB 172 and 173, creating criminal procedures for chemical compounds used in manufacturing synthetic drugs.
