Joy Austin began her career with the TDCJ as a Correctional Officer at the Coffield Unit in July of 2010. She promoted to a Food Service Manager II on the Skyview/Hodge Complex on June 29. Pictured are, from left, Major Charles Meador, Sgt. Austin and Major Amahdrick Christopher.
