Tomato Fest aims for new salsa record

Volunteers are busy getting ready for the upcoming Jacksonville Tomato Fest filming of a "Glutton for Punishment" television program. Food choppers prepared tomato, onions and peppers earlier this week. The vegetables will be used in making a 2,000 pound bowl of salsa. The large bowl of salsa will be entered into the Guinness Book of Records.
