David and Joyce Sands of Houston announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Alicia, to Robert Craft III, son of Robert Jr. and Belinda Craft of New Orleans, La. Miss Sands is the granddaughter of Carl and Novella Guinn of Alto. Mr. Craft is the grandson of Rosie Craft of New Orleans. A beach front wedding and reception are planned in Miami, Fla. on June 12. They will reside in Houston.
