The Rusk Police Association made a donation to Rusk Tree of Promise for their More Than a Backpack drive to help assist children in Rusk ISD who are in need of school supplies. The supplies were delivered Aug. 19 by Tree of Promise executive director Jason Hoffman (left) and Rusk Police Department Officer Nathan Acker (center). Also pictured is Rusk P.D. Lt.
