John John Edwards prepares to cut the ribbon for the dedication of the life skills department Oct. 29 at Rusk High School. He is assisted by Dalton Mason, left, and Austin Pruitt, right. Surrounding them are staff members and fellow students. The department serves 7-10 students and was formerly housed in two portable building between the high school and junior high. Renovation cost was less than the budgeted $90,000. Randy Arnold is teacher.
