Adalyn Ramey Waters of Nacogdoches announces the engagement and approaching marriage of her parents, Natalie Schneider and James Waters. Also making the announcement are the couple's parents, Charles and Brenda Martin of Alto and James and Jennifer Waters of Nacogdoches, The couple will be married July 31 at the A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church in Alto.
