Pamela Gay Brewer Gault was born on December 20, 1955, in Houston Texas, to Roy V. and Clara E. Burns Brewer. Pam was a twin to Patricia K. Brewer Carter. She departed this life on January 8, 2024, peacefully at home in Crosby, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband (Her Precious Darlin) Allen L. Gault; her parents; and stepchildren, Allen Gault, Jr., Bryan Gault, Terry Gault; grandparents, Clyde V. and Orean Brewer, Con and Erma White Burns; uncles Clyde V. Brewer, Jr and Jimmy H. Brewer.

Pam was raised in Beaumont, Texas, and called Beaumont home. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church as a child and teenager, and she never missed an opportunity to go back to visit and connect with old church friends. She attended South Park High School and graduated from Silsbee High School in 1974.

Pam was a resident of Rusk, Texas. She retired from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System, on July 31, 2014, after 25 years and 11 months of service. She and Allen were members of First Baptist Church and participated in the Nursing Home luncheons there. Pam moved to Crosby, with her son, Mark and family, after the passing of her Precious Darlin, where she spent her last days watching her beloved Astros and Hallmark movies.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Michael Flanigan (Staci), Terri Hyde (Cody) and Mark Flanigan (Danielle); her numerous Grand Blessings; a multitude of Great Grand Blessings; sisters, Debra Brewer Bartro (Steve), Twin, Patricia K. Brewer Carter (Milton); Lil Sisters, Krysten Burnett Cooper, Mandy Burnett Pyle; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and lots friends whom she called family.

We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to the staff of Ominix Health Care Services.

Please join us on February 17, 2024, at 1:00 pm to celebrate Pam’s life at First Baptist Church, Rusk, Texas. Burial will be at Lone Dove Cemetery at a later date.
