Kathy Chancellor of Rusk, Texas, age 76, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023. She was born September 29, 1947, to Bertis and Loreace Watson. She graduated from Rusk High School. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023, 11:00 am at Memorial Missionary Church under the direction of Wallace Thompson Funeral Home
