Lauched Oct. 7, The Market at Mud Creek Mercantile, will be held on the first Saturday of the month, March through December, at 9688 E. State Highway 204 in Ponta. On opening day, visitors not only enjoyed perusing items offered by vendors at 44 different booths, but had fun playing in a pumpkin patch set up by members of Bluebonnet 4-H Club Jo Anne Embleton/Cherokeean Herald
