Rusk food distribution set Feb. 6

A Feb. 6 food distribution date has been announced by Good Samaritan Food Pantry officials in Rusk, after East Texas Food Bank canceled its first Wednesday delivery due to winter weather conditions.

Monday's event is set for regular hours, but residents are encouraged to arrive early, as food goes quickly.

The Good Samaritan Thrift Store will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, officials said.
