Rusk TJC Citizens Promise program announces 10th group of scholars

New Promise scholars
The 10th group of Rusk TJC Citizens Promise scholars was introduced during a Sept. 29, 2022, ceremony at Rusk High School. The 63 Rusk seniors are eligible for the Rusk Promise scholarship, which covers up to $4,000 per year for two years at TJC.
