The Jan. 27 Rotary program was brought to us by Bruce Mehlenbacher (right). Bruce's program was presented by fellow Rotarian, Tricia Thomason (center), pictured with Bryan Thomason (left). She gave a presentation about the PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy Act) program. PACE is an financing program that enables owners of commercial and industrial properties to obtain low-cost, long-term loans for water conservation, energy-efficiency improvements and renewable retrofits.
