June 4: Oncor schedules power outages near Rusk High School
Oncor is fully committed to providing all of our customers with safe, reliable and affordable access to power. Oncor is working hard to upgrade the necessary electrical infrastructure to support better reliability in Rusk. As part of an ongoing reliability improvement project, Oncor will be updating electric equipment in Rusk along Loop 343 and near the Rusk High School. Residents and customers in this area will see an influx of Oncor personnel and vehicles in the community as this project is completed.
Part of this work will require temporary power outages for customers north and south of Loop 343 between Main Street and State Highway 69 (Dickinson Drive), on Saturday, June 4th. Outages will be begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. and conclude by approximately 4:00 p.m.
Oncor will have all available resources engaged and focused on completing the work as quickly and safely as possible to mitigate the potential impact on our customers. Customers with questions can contact Oncor at 888.313.6862.
