Memorial Services will be held for Ricky Frank Sherman on April 8, 2022 from 5 to 7 pm in the small chapel of West Conroe Baptist Church, 1855 Longmire Road in
Conroe, Texas. Friends and family are invited to come and go, offer condolences, and share their memories of Ricky during this time. In lieu of flowers please make a generous
gift to the charity of your choice.
Ricky was born July 21, 1951 to Frank and Regina Shennan. He grew up in Conroe and graduated from Conroe High School. He loved sports and remained a baseball enthusiast his entire !He, having a particular passion for the New York Yankees.
He loved people and made friends all over the world. Working in the telecommunications
industry gave him the opportunity to travel widely. Safaris in Thailand and Africa.
Mountain climbing. Scuba diving the south seas. And he loved telling stories of his
adventures and making people laugh. His kindness, tolerance, friendliness, and keen
sense of humor endeared him to many people. He was a loving father, grandfather,
brother, and friend. He passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 70.
He is survived by his daughters Jill O'Reilly and her husband Shannan, Vicki
Ly,u1 Gable and her husband Daniel, his granddaughters Mckenzie Gable, Meagan
Bunch, Aurora O'Reilly, and two great grandchildren. I le is olso survived by his brother
Rusty Deao Sbemian and h.is wife Co!lnie, a number of llieces, nephews, and a host of
friends.
