Jacksonville's Bolton Street/FM 347 to partially close March 15

According to TxDOT officials, FM 347 (Bolton St.) will be closed Tuesday, March 15, in Jacksonville, due to railroad track removal. The road is scheduled be reopened on Wednesday morning for normal use.

Cherokee County maintenance crews will be assisting in railroad track removal, with the road scheduled to be closed to all traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from U.S. Highway 175 south to U.S. Highway 79.

Drivers are encouraged to detour from U.S. 175 to U.S. 69, back to U.S. 79, a release stated.
