County leaders to mull Jan. 25 agenda

RUSK – Members of the Cherokee County Commissioners’ Court will consider a variety of agenda items during a 9 a.m. meeting Tuesday, Jan. 25, in Rusk, including:

• Laying utility lines in each precinct

• Airport Advisory board members resignation and appointments

• Combining two polling places for March primary due to lack of available facilities in Precincts 37-18

• Approval of interlocal agreement among Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, Bullard Police Department and Rusk Police Department

• Accepting donation from David Mason to deputy reserves account for working the Reklaw Fly-In

• Approval of CCSO 2021 Racial Profiling Report

• Discuss plumbing bids for jail plumbing

• Accepting donation from Law Enforcement Partners

• Approval of sale of scrap metal by one or more precincts

• Approval of consent agenda
