Little Dribbler practices, games on brief hiatus

Rusk Little Dribbler youth basketball league practices and games scheduled this weekend are suspended until Wednesday, Jan.19, in response to Rusk ISD’s dismissal of classes until that time, due to excessive absences related to illness.

Meanwhile, Little Dribblers registration has been extended to Feb. 20, ensuring that interested participants have a chance to register, according to organizers.

An icebreaker basketball clinic has been set for 10 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 20, at the Rusk Junior High Gym, with onsite registration available.

The first week of practice is slated Feb. 22-26, followed by the first game of the season on Feb. 27.
