Rusk city leaders seek to advertise bids for tearing down lodge building
RUSK – Local city council members will consider advertising for bids to tear down a former lodge located adjacent to Cedar Hill Cemetery during a 5:30 p.m. council meeting on Thursday, Jan. 13, at the Rusk Civic Center, 555 Euclid St.
According to a meeting agenda, civic leaders will consider action to lease-purchase the former Rusk High School property discussed during a Jan. 6 special meeting, along with an ordinance for the Civic Center, budget amendments and a consent agenda.
