Annual Chili Cook-off, Dessert Auction slated Saturday in Alto

ALTO – Hankering for a bowl of red, and something sweet to offset the heat?

Look no further than the Alto Fire Department, which is the setting of the Jan. 8 Alto Buyers' Group Annual Chili Cook-off supporting Cloverleaf 4H & Alto FFA members.

Serving begins at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, followed by the dessert auction. Tickets are $5 at the door.
