Scarecrow Trail 2021

A group of grade-school students wind their way through this year’s Scarecrow Trail at Ruth Nichols Arboretum in Jacksonville. Visitors cast votes for their favorite displays. This year, the People's Choice Award went to West Side Elementary for its “Very Hungary Caterpillar” display, Cherokee County Electric Cooperative Association took first place honors overall. Rusk State Hospital’s “Big Henry & Mr. Recovery,” nabbed second place, while Lake Striker Resort display, “Family Togetherness,” received third place.
