Getting to know you

Students from New Summerfield Elementary had fun visiting with two members of the Jacksonville Police Department Oct. 20, with a special visit from local police Chief Fred Butler. Jacksonville Police Corporal Amanda Bragg and K9 Officer Michael Torres – with his partner Rambo – let students examine their gear as they described how their job is to serve, protect and defend citizens.
