Summer reading program continues through July 23
JACKSONVILLE – “Tails and Tales,” the 2021 Jacksonville Public Library summer reading program, continues through July 23 at 526 E. Commerce St.
The program is offered Monday through Wednesday, with the following activities:
• Mondays – 2 p.m. movie hour for all ages
• Tuesdays – Reading lessons/activities, with breakout sessions from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for children in grades 2-5, and at 1:30 p.m. for teens
• Wednesdays – Reading with activities from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for youngsters ages 18 months through first grade.
