UPDATE: Boil water notice issued for certain Rusk Rural WSC customers

Rusk Rural WSC has issued a boil water notice for its customers on the following roads until further notice:
CR 2301, CR 1302, CR 1305, CR 1306, CR 1307, CR 1310, CR 1313, CR 1314,
CR 1501, CR 1502, CR 1503, CR 1504, CR 1505, CR 1506, CR 1507, CR 1508, CR 1522, CR 1523, CR 1524, CR 1525, CR 1626, CR 1527, CR 1528, CR 1540, CR 1541
CR 1605, CR 1608, CR 1609, CR 1618, CR 1619, CR 1630

FM 768
FM 2972
U.S. Highway 69 North
Meadowlark Lane
Harrons Haven Drive
According to a notice from the provider, "due to conditions which have occurred recently in the water system, TCEQ has required the system to notify all customers to boil water prior to consumption. To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking cooking and ice-making should be boiled and prior to consumption.
"The water should be brought to a vigorous boil, then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable resource."
