New Summerfield City Council to meet Dec. 8
NEW SUMMERFIELD – Local city leaders will meet consider additional changes to the New Summerfield City employee handbook, during a 6:30 p.m. meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at City Hall, 13280 State Highway 110 North.
Council members will focus on travel time; mileage; meal breaks; compensation for training and schools; and utility operator meal breaks – regular – according to a meeting agenda.
The council also will:
• Consider/act on reimbursement request for gas supplies and repairs for Shawn Profili
• Consider/act on commercial gas meter deposit waiver Frank Sanchez
• Consider/act on request to move water & gas meters for Reva Tennison at no charge
• Consider/act on Consider and act on city street repairs
• Consider/act on separate reports by Police Chief Reynold Humber and Utilities Director Peter Eads
• Consider/act on consent agenda that includes previous meeting minutes, finance update and bill-paying.
An item allowing for executive session also is listed on the agenda; action, if any, will be taken when the council reconvenes into open session, as per Texas Government Code.
