Floyd Guinn Kelley

Floyd Guinn Kelley was born Jan. 11, 1948, in Kirbyville, Texas, and died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020. He was the youngest of seven children born to Robert Levi and Florence Reid Kelley.

He was preceded in death by both parents and siblings, Flora Bell, Edward, James Melvin, Robert Jr. and Leighton E. (Gene) Kelley. He is survived by sister, Delores Oliver of Picayune, Miss.; daughter and son-in-law, Melisa (Lisa) and Gary Williams of Rusk; grandson, Jonathan Williams of Rusk; and many nieces and nephews.
