Number of active COVID-19 cases increases to 173 for Cherokee County

(July 07, 2020) – Twenty-one more cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Cherokee county, bringing the current total to two hundred seventy-one (271). There are currently one hundred seventy-three (173) active cases, of which two (2) are associated with a state facility. Out of the two hundred seventy-one (271) cases, twenty (22) have been associated with a state facility, and two hundred forty-nine (249) have been residents of the county.
