Exceptional Kids Livestock Show looking for a few good cowpokes

The Cherokee County Junior Livestock Show is proud to offer an opportunity for special needs children in grades three through 12, to participate in a livestock show.

The Exceptional Kids Livestock Show will be held at 5 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, at the Cherokee County Exposition Center, 611 Loop 456, Jacksonville.

As exhibitors they will have the opportunity to experience the Livestock Show life and work with volunteers to learn about livestock.

The event is free, but participants must pre-register for the event by Saturday, Feb. 15. Visit the website, form.jotform.com to register.

Cherokee County 4H and FFA members are encouraged to volunteer with their show animals – goats, lambs, rabbits, pigs or to help in other ways. Students and volunteers must pre-register at form.jotform.com, also by Saturday, Feb. 15.
