The fall season came to a close for the Tribe tennis team, ending with a 17-2 loss to Kaufman in the area round playoff. The team ended the regular season as district runner-up with a 6-1 district record. Their only defeat was served to them by Whitehouse. The Jacksonville netters survived the first round of post-season play, defeating Sulphur Springs 10-5 to become the bi-district champion.
A healthy Cherokee County requires great community news.
