Tommy Lee “Diller” Selman

Funeral services for Tommy Lee “Diller” Selman, 61, of Alto, will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, July 21, at Hilltop Baptist Church in Alto, under the direction of O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home in Alto. The Revs. Dusty Lee and Rex Hoot are officiating.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Saturday, July 20, at the funeral home in Alto.

Mr. Selman passed away Thursday, July 18, in Tyler. He was born June 7, 1958, in Rusk, to James W. and Billie White Selman. He lived all his life in Alto and was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church.

He had worked for Johnson Construction for 30 years before starting Handyman Services. Diller was an avid outdoorsman that loved camping, hunting and fishing and the Coon Pond Hunting Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Mystie; and brother, Larry. He is survived by wife, Mary Ann Selman; daughters, Keri Bowman (Jason), Cassidy McClendon (Bevo) and Jeanie Selman (Bernard); brothers, Steve Selman, Ricky Selman (Cookie), Jimmy Selman and Randy Selman (Shanna); grandchildren, Dylan (Mindy), Reagan, Payton (Krista), Zachary, Savana, Drew, Journee, Bentley, Shatavia, Brayden, Landon, Leo, Sutton and Kohen; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Diller always opened his home to young people that needed a “second Dad.”

Pallbearers will be Sammy Click, Charley Reid, Nickey Wallace, Cole Johnson, Roger Taylor and Tim Germany.
