Judy Kay Lunsford-OBrien joined our almighty God Tuesday afternoon, June 4, at her home after battling cancer at the age of 70.
Judy is survived by her husband, John Obrien; sons, Shaun and Darren Lunsford; daughter-in-law, Dionne Lunsford; grandchildren, Keaton, Marlie, Ashton and Avery Lunsford; and brothers ,Wayne and Ray Clabough.

Judy was born on Nov. 25, 1948, in Tennessee but she has called Texas home for many years.
She had a full rich life which included 35 years as a Critical Care Nurse, five years of service in the U.S. Army as a Captain, raised a wonderful family and settled a small farm near Reklaw where she raised goats chickens and horse.
Judy had a deep love of both people and animals but her one true love and passion was for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Judy and John are members of Branded by Christ Cowboy Church. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m.. Saturday, June the 15 at the church.

Judy will be “Always Loved and Never Forgotten.”
