Utility lines down in Rusk

An oversized load was attempting to turn off HWY 84 onto Loop 343 in Rusk on Tuesday afternoon when the load snagged utility lines. As of 3:17 p.m. on Tuesday, the driver of the truck and first responders were awaiting the arrival of utility companies to begin the clean-up process.
