Graveside services for Jesse R. Latner, 73, of Tyler, will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 22, 2019 at Providence Cemetery of Dialville under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home. The Eulogy will be read by Walter Dale Latner.

Mr. Latner passed away February 20, 2019. He was born December 2, 1945 in Hale County, Alabama to the late Howard and Annie Luciel Latner. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He spent much time just being outside.

He is survived by children, Brax Wayne Lobb of Rusk, Wanda Kay Latner-Bellah and her husband Jeremy Bellah of Houston, grandson, Joel Spencer Lobb of Jacksonville, brother, Walter Dale Latner of Jacksonville, sister Judy Thompson of Tecula, and lots of nieces and nephews.
