UT Health seeks longest-living person born at Jacksonville hospital

February 27, 2019

In celebration of the hospital’s 100th anniversary this year, UT Health Jacksonville is looking for the longest-living person who was born at the hospital.

UT Health East Texas has special events planned to mark this milestone year and the continued service to the community as the only full-service hospital in the city.

As part of the yearlong celebration, the health system would like to tell the stories of those who were part of the hospital’s rich history, including patients and caregivers.

The longest-living person who was born at the hospital will be recognized at a community reception later this year and will be given a gift from UT Health East Texas.

Please contact Becky Shields at (903) 594-2431 or rsshields@uthet.com if you think you are the longest-living person born at the hospital.

And please watch for more information to come about celebratory events planned for later in the year.
