Linda Brent

Linda Brent passed from this life on Jan. 28, in Jacksonville. Linda was born July 3, 1942, in Rusk, to the late John and Katherine Dowling. She was a member of Alto Missionary Baptist Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Brent; son, Bobby Brent; and grandson, Bradie Glen Brent. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Ray Carleton and Glenda Brent, John Brent, Joe and Shuana Brent and Jimmy and Tracey Brent; daughter, Cindy Moore; brothers and sisters-in-law, Linard and Carol Dowling and Johnnie and Donna Dowling; sisters, Edith Thacker, Judy Tucker and Carol Martin; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial services are pending.
