The Perkins family, along with TJC Chancellor Mike Metke and TJC staff, announced the 2019 Rusk TJC Citizens Promise Scholars during a ceremony held at Rusk High School on Sept. 18.

The 63, class of 2019, seniors mark the sixth RHS class receiving this scholarship.

They will have the opportunity to further their education at TJC with the promise that funds will available to cover enrollment costs as long as they enroll within three years of graduating from high school.
