Sue Price

Funeral services for Sue Price, 73, of Jacksonville, were held June 2, at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Eric Johnson officiating. She was laid to rest at Meador Cemetery.

Mrs. Price passed away Tuesday, May 29, in Tyler. She was born Aug. 3, 1944, in Amherst, Texas to Lucian “Pete” and Vivian “Bill” Smith.

Sue had a bachelor’s degree in nursing and retired as a certified psych nurse.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Pat Ledkins; and son-in-law, Keith VanCleave.

Left to cherish her memory iare her daughters, Melissa VanCleave, Khristie McCown and husband Andy, LeAnn Blake and husband Marvin, all of Jacksonville; son, Jason Price and wife Staci of Reklaw; sister, Margarett Smith of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews.
