Primary runoff election results posted

As of 9 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, local election officials reported complete but unofficial voting totals in the primary runoff elections.

Winners were:

- Billy M. McCutcheon for Pct. 4 Commissioner, 58% of votes;

- Tammy Hawkes for Cherokee County Republican Chair, 63% of votes;

- Bunni Pounds for U.S. Representative District 5, 53% of votes; and

- Andrew White for Texas Governor, 53% of votes.
