SFA Student Wins Title at Tree-Care Industry Exposition

Lana Welford, a senior urban forestry major at Stephen F. Austin State University’s Arthur Temple College of Forestry and Agriculture, won the Women’s Collegiate Work Climb title at the 2017 Tree-Care Industry Association Expo held in Columbus, Ohio. Welford, pictured right, accepts a certificate from Mark Chisholm, a world-renowned urban forester and competitive tree climber.
