Eagle Scout Rank Awarded to Local Youth

Thomas Brewer of Jacksonville, son of Brett and Shauna Brewer was recognized in a Court of Honor Ceremony Sunday, Nov. 12 at Fellowship Bible Church in Jacksonville. A member of Jacksonville’s Troop 403, Brewer is one of only approximately five percent of all Boy Scouts who attain the Eagle rank.
