Jacksonville Rotary hears from ETMC CFO; JPD chief

Rotarian Andrew Hawkes, Jacksonville’s Police Chief, delivered an update on Sept. 27, of the Police Department and upgrades he has brought about since becoming the chief approximately 16 months ago. Since his arrival, Chief Hawkes has been instrumental in bringing new technology and equipment to the Police Department cruisers, equipment, inventory depot, department space and in strengthening a close collaborative relationship with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department.
