Patrick and Saran Heavner – formerly Saran Chumley – of Vienna, W.V., announce the birth of their daughter, Alexia Riley Heavner. Alexia was born at 1:29 p.m. May 25. She weighed six pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long. Alexia is the granddaughter of Matt and Elizabeth Miller of Rusk and Dan and Carla Chumley of Douglass.
